Michael
With over 30 years’ experience across enterprise software, pensions, financial services, outsourcing and SaaS, Michael has held senior commercial and transformation roles with organisations including Sopra Steria, Aquila Heywood, ITM, Timeline and Multimap. His work has spanned platform acquisition, system integration, business process change, data management, operational transformation and commercial growth.
Michael has also been directly involved in major corporate transactions, including ITM’s acquisition of Profund from Mercer, Timeline’s equity investment from FNZ, and Multimap’s sale to Microsoft as part of its executive team. This gives him a strong understanding of the operational, commercial and technology foundations needed for investment readiness, acquisition, integration and successful growth.
Through i-Convergence, Michael combines pensions, data, reconciliation and platform expertise to help clients improve data quality, strengthen operational control and create scalable, decision-ready processes. His experience includes pensions administration, UK Pensions Dashboard readiness, data reconstruction, regulatory change, receivership support, platform advisory, corporate transaction support and AI-readiness.
Lyndsey
Lyndsey has spent more than 20 years working across financial services and technology organisations, with experience spanning sales, operations, risk management, project delivery and Salesforce implementation. Her background includes senior operational and commercial roles across multiple industries, giving her a strong understanding of how technology, process and people need to align to deliver effective change.
During her time with GE Capital, Lyndsey worked across Operations, Risk Management and Commercial Excellence, and was instrumental in the build, implementation and ongoing management of Salesforce as UK lead for a global solution. Since leaving GE in 2017, she has worked as a Salesforce Implementation Consultant across insurance, vehicle finance, wealth management, financial advice and pensions.
Lyndsey now specialises in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation and configuration, helping wealth managers, pension providers and financial advice businesses adopt FSC in a way that reflects how they actually operate. With a focus on data integrity, process alignment, analytics and Salesforce’s evolving AI capabilities, she helps clients build scalable platforms for more intelligent client servicing.
Hash
Hash brings a wealth of experience from the financial services sector, where he has played a pivotal role in the forefront of treasury operations, specialising in liquidity management and cashflow forecasting.
Over the years, he has developed a keen understanding of the complexities and nuances of financial markets, enabling him to leverage technology and drive process changes to optimise operational efficiency.
Notably, Hash has achieved significant milestones by seamlessly implementing automated reconciliation systems across multiple organisations. These systems have revolutionised the way transactions are processed and reconciled, leading to substantial improvements in accuracy, timeliness and reliability of financial reporting.

Chris
With close to 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, Chris has acquired a wealth of experience in payment operations, specialising in cash and asset reconciliation. A skilled leader of implementing and overseeing change.
Chris has spent the majority of his career at Santander playing a pivotal role in the Payment Operations team, with knowledge and experience in payment processing, cash reconciliation and team management. Being an SME in his area, Chris was a high level point of contact for both financial and operational controls delivering efficiencies and effectiveness across all payment functions. Chris specialises in pro-actively highlighting process improvements with the aim to reduce any possible risk to customers and their business.
