A UK SIPP provider was consolidating several siloed legacy books onto a new platform. I-Convergence was engaged to lead the data transformation for two of those books and create the ETL process required to move their records into the destination environment.
The objective was bigger than transferring files. The programme needed a controlled source of client data, clear transformation logic and evidence that records were sufficiently complete and accurate for migration.
